Out of this World - Art Gallery

Our Year 4 children worked with Hannah from Paintbox during lockdown to create our Out of this World masterpieces! The children at home and in school had their own special Zoom every week with Hannah who talked us through the project. Tree Champions

Tree Champions

As part of our work to achieve the Woodland Trust Green Trees Gold Award, the children of Loseley Fields were asked to create a tree champion as part of their homework for the last half term. The children were required to design a character that would be a champion for the trees, giving them a voice and defending them from any threats. Their characters needed a motive, personality and some powers.

The children at Loseley Fields have had the incredible privilege to be chosen to take part in Guildford's Art Societies' 'Art @ the Station' project. A number of beautiful pieces of work from children in years 1, 2 and 6 can be found in the waiting area of Farncombe train station, where their amazing creations can be enjoyed and admired by a plethora of people who are now able to travel through the station.

Spring at Loseley

Loseley is looking lovely at the moment. The sun is shining and the grounds are coming alive. I spent the afternoon walking around capturing what we take for granted each day. How lucky we are to have such wonderful grounds, something lovely to see at every turn.

Roots for the Future

Roots for the Future

It is thanks to a grant from Godalming Town Council’s Carbon Reduction & Biodiversity fund that our native hedgerow & orchard planting project with Roots for the Future was able to go ahead; and yesterday we were pleased to be joined by Councillor Shirley Faraday who came along to see the project in action.
