Breakfast and After School ClubS

We are pleased to announce that a breakfast and after school club is now available for the children of Loseley Fields Primary School. This club is also, subject to availability, available to the children of other local schools.

Both the Breakfast Club and the After School Club operate within the School and are provided by staff employed by the school.

THE CLUB WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Opening hours:

• Breakfast: 08.00am – school start

• After School: school finish – 5.45pm*

• All children between 4 and 11 years of age welcome

• Children who attend the usual school clubs are welcome – they will be collected from school when their clubs finish.

• A healthy breakfast and/or homemade tea (such as pasta, jacket potatoes, sandwiches etc.) will be provided as well as a fresh fruit snack on arrival. Drinks will be available at all times.

• Any individual dietary needs will be catered for at no extra cost.

• Children with special needs are catered for.

WE FULLY UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERNS AND NEED FOR PEACE OF MIND

Rest assured, the safety, welfare and happiness of your children are of the highest importance to us.

FEES

Fees must be paid in advance each month with payment due on the first day of school in that month. You will be invoiced each month with the expected attendance of your child at the club. Payment can be made by BACS, childcare vouchers, cheque or cash. There will be a late payment charge of £10.00 for each week that payment is not received. We regret that your child will be unable to attend the club if payment is four weeks late until full payment has been received.

RATES (as at October 2011)

Breakfast Club:

8.00am – 8.40am: £3.50 per session

After School Club:

3.10pm – 4.30pm: £5.50 per session

3.10pm – 5.45pm: £11.00 per session

Transport from other schools: £1.00 per day

*After School Club is now available until 6.00pm at a cost of 50p for the extra 15 minutes.

Extra days and hours may be available to your contracted hours, subject to

availability. Please check with staff in advance. Pre-booking of any session is required.
